Terms of Use
These terms apply to drscottkimball.com, The Summit Map assessment, True North, the Field Guide and any purchase made on the site. The site is operated by Scalewrights LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
What you get
- The free map shows your nine squares, your Summit Code and your Next Camp at no charge.
- The Full Report, True North and the Field Guide are one-time digital purchases, delivered immediately to your results page or as a download. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout.
- Team packages give an organization a set number of assessments and a team dashboard, as described at checkout.
Refunds
If a purchase does not help you, email scott@drscottkimball.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. We ask only that you tell us what fell short, so we can improve it.
Personal use and intellectual property
Your report and the Field Guide are licensed to you for your personal use. The assessment, its questions, scoring model, frameworks (Think · Act · Be × Structure · Stability · Direction), reports, worksheets and all site content are the intellectual property of Dr. Scott Kimball and Scalewrights LLC. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or use them to build a competing product. Team buyers may share the team map within their organization.
Retakes
Buyers of the Full Report may retake The Summit Map free of charge 90 days or more after their first completion to see how their map has changed.
No guarantees; not professional advice
The Summit Map offers insight and suggestions for personal and professional growth. It does not guarantee any outcome. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or employment advice, and it must not be used as the basis for hiring, firing or clinical decisions.
Coaching and consulting
Requests sent through the Work with Scott and For Teams forms are inquiries, not contracts. Coaching, the 90-Day Climb and consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other people's results, interfere with the site, scrape it, or use automated tools to take the assessment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
